Akhil slams trolls who accused him of having no grief over Sidhu Moose Wala’s demise | Punjabi Movie News

Punjabi singer Akhil performed a live show in Gurgoan on June 5, post which he was being heavily trolled by many. People have been sending him DMs and posting comments saying that when entire Punjab is mourning the loss of Sidhu Moose Walahow can he host a show. Initially, Akhil didn’t pay heed to any of this but recently took to his social media handle, he spoke his mind.

He shared that he did the show not out of choice. He and his team tried to convince the show organiser with everything possible and asked them to take back the deposit amount but they didn’t agree. The tickets were sold out, and Akhil was bound to perform, or else legal action would have been taken against him. Therefore, Akhil and the organizers found some common ground and decided to go ahead with the show.

Akhil also added that he canceled two shows that people are not aware of. He canceled a show in Indore and Ludhiana, scheduled for June 1 and 3.

Further, Akhil requested people not to judge anyone without knowing all the facts. He mentioned how people have been using abusive language against the singer, and how disheartening it was.

Earlier, The Landers was also questioned that whether they visited Sidhu’s parents in Punjab or not. To which the trio replied that they are not answerable to anyone for this. Just because they didn’t post any pictures of them with Sidhu’s parents or from his prayer meet doesn’t mean they didn’t go or care.
