Boney Kapoor’s elder daughter Janhvi Kapoor has already made her foray into Bollywood. He had recently opened up about Khushi’s Bollywood debut. In an exclusive chat with ETimes, the producer said, “It is a dream project because the target audience of films these days is the youth. Young audiences are basically movie buffs. This film also has the advantage of taking the older generation audiences on a nostalgic trip, because all of us have been big fans of Archie. It is a double whammy. The youngsters in any case will revel in the iconic world of The Archies.”

Directed by Zoya Akhtar, the series also stars Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana KhanAmitabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya NandaVedang Raina, Mihir Ahuja, Yuvraj Menda and others. It is slated to release on an OTT platform.
