Surya Namaskar Challange: The Surya Namaskar Challenge was started by the Ministry of AYUSH on Friday, 14 January. More than 75 lakh people from across the country and the world took part virtually in this challenge organized under the Centre’s ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ programme. It was launched by AYUSH Minister Sarbananda Sonowal. Prime Minister Modi also described such a campaign as a better attempt to stay fit in this era of Corona.

Actually Sports Authority of India shared a video of this Surya Namaskar Challenge. In which it was told that many big athletes are taking part in this challenge, you should also join it. Along with this, it was also informed that till now more than 75 lakh people have joined this campaign. Prime Minister Modi replied to this tweet of SAI.

Will be physically and mentally fit – Sonowal
Let us inform that Sarbananda Sonowal, while launching this campaign, also told many features of Surya Namaskar. He said that if you do Surya Namaskar, it makes you physically and mentally fit. Yoga and Surya Namaskar are being promoted for good health under the leadership of PM Modi.
In the collective Surya Namaskar program of the Ministry of AYUSH, spiritual guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar said that the energy of the sun strengthens the immunity power, on the basis of which we can fight the epidemic.
